Overview

DevLogix Apps aims to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide, maintain, protect and improve its products. The specific data used by an app depends on its features, the permissions you grant and the services integrated into that app.

Information that may be processed

Depending on the app or website feature you use, information may include:

  • Device and technical data, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, diagnostic events and crash reports.
  • Usage information, such as feature interactions, session information and performance events used to understand whether the product works correctly.
  • Information you provide, such as content entered into an app, feedback, or details included in a support request.
  • Advertising data, where an app is supported by advertising, such as advertising identifiers, ad interactions and consent choices processed by advertising partners.

How information may be used

  • Provide and operate app features.
  • Maintain reliability, diagnose crashes and prevent abuse.
  • Understand aggregate product performance and improve usability.
  • Respond to support, safety or privacy requests.
  • Display and measure advertising where an app includes ads.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce product terms.

Advertising and third-party services

Some DevLogix apps may use Google services, including Google Mobile Ads, to provide advertising, analytics, diagnostics or platform functionality. These providers may process device information, identifiers, interactions and approximate location according to their own policies and the consent choices available on your device or in the app. You can learn more through Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information.

Our authorized digital advertising seller declaration is publicly available at /app-ads.txt.

Permissions

An app may request device permissions only when needed for a feature. You can review or revoke permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Data retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Unless a specific app listing says otherwise, DevLogix Apps products are not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, follow the contact guidance below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information. You may also be able to reset advertising identifiers, limit ad personalization, adjust consent choices, revoke app permissions or uninstall an app through your device settings.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as products, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the relevant app or store listing.
